Whole house is saltillo tile. i have seal it several times & then use glaze n seal floor polish. are both these steps necessary, or will 1 do?

No. Once the tile has been sealed, there is no need to repeat. Just use the polish. It provides a deep lusterous polish that holds up very well to foot traffic and cleaning.
