When you order this brand, it comes right from Staples the next day. I've ordered other copy paper from other sources, and the boxes and packages are always torn open and ruined. With TRU RED, it's always in perfect condition. It's great quality paper, it never jams my copier.

I can't review on paper jams. So far, we are pleased with the paper When we received the box of paper, the box was crushed on one end. I know this isn't the shippers fault but you might want to review UPS on your end and tell them to be more careful with your product.
