The shipping was fast, in sturdy cardboard boxes with many air filled cushioning pouches. However, some of the jugs were placed on their side, and the liquid leaked, despite there being sealing tape around the caps. I lost about 5 capfuls of liquid from each of 3 jugs, and one jug had stripped threads at the neck. Cap could not be secured fully. If there was a bold instruction with arrows pointing UP printed on the boxes, the leakage might have been prevented.

I have been using this brand for years, and find I can use it on all my clothes. I have allergic reaction to some detergents on the sensative skin areas (under clothes) and this doesn't cause any reaction - as good as baby detergent. I also use it on my heavily soiled farm clothes, but would suggest a washing soda to help out with that, as these new washing machines don't provide enough water to clean super soiled clothes, so the detergent has to work over time. PS: I always wash in hot water, cotton setting, heavy soiled setting to make sure clothes get cleaned well and rinsed completely. This detergent does not leave any scent on clothes.

Leaves laundry soft and fresh. I have tried many ecological detergents, this is one of my favourite. I wil buy it again.
