Q: If you have two lights plugged in, can they be controlled individually?

No, they cannot be controlled individually.

Q: How many outlets can one remote control?

One remote can be slaved to as many outlet units or Caseta light switches (or a combination) as you like. This is done through the Lutron app.

Q: Do i need the caseta bridge if i plan to control the dimmer exclusively with alexa ?

No, you don't need the bridge. Alexa works just fine. That's what I do. You will need to set it up the connection with a mobile device like a phone or tablet.

Q: Any recommendations for led bulbs that work with this dimmer without buzzing, humming, or flickering? My cree bulbs do all three.

LED dimming is not an exact science. You will get different results depending on lamp type, dimmer, qty etc...Lutron has a list of tested lamps. I would recommend trying a different brand. Not all LED's are dimmable, so make sure it says dimmable on package.
