Will this detect if there is radiation in seafood that's in it's package, like in the supermarket or if seafood in a restaurant is safe to eat?

Yes-If you menu dive on this 500+ there is a “food testing” setting that will allow one to test food for beta or gamma. I’ve personally not used that feature. This has 2 Geiger Muller tubes, on for low frequency, (for simplicity, under 100cpm will take over. There are people out there who know much more than I regarding the accuracy of this particular device reading super low level radiation. But, if you set this one to its slowest count, 60second readings, it says after 1minute of reading the item or piece of food that it’s accurate to +/-5% accuracy.

Will this detect radiation from a smart house? Phones, lights. Doorbells, routers.smoke detectors etc.

No. It detects nuclear radiation not electromagnetic frequencies. Specifically beta, gamma and X-ray emissions. The 600 will detect alpha, beta, gamma and X-ray.
