Good quality Omega 3, easy to swallow capsules. No after taste.

This is the best tasting omega 3 hands down and even when you burp(sorry for then TMI) you get a lemon scent and taste! I love that its one of a kind in separate packaging since I heard this is how you are supposed to stored for omega 3. Recommended highly!

Getting the pills out of the tiny foil is difficult since the sticky outer shell of the pills are stuck to the plastic packaging. Otherwise, the health benefits of the pill are great.

I've been taking these for a couple of years, and it is a good solution. What seems good to me is that it doesn't a bunch of Omega-6 in it like so many other sources of Omega-3 do. Part of the point of taking Omega-3 is that we get too much Omega-6 in our diets from seeds, so why take more of it in an Omega-3 supplement? The only downside is the extra cost.

Like the product but the box always comes half destroyed.

EPA and DHA has promising research behind it for improved health. online search EPA and include NIH (National Institute of Health) in the search string. 5-stars for the research. however, 1-star for the product. Rounded out a 3-star rating overall. This product lists a large quantity of EPA. However, my purchase came from an environment where it must have been too hot as many of the capsules adhered to the unit dose packaging and were malformed...quite possibly degrading the caplets. I think a purchase at a local pharmacy is a better bet if you want guaranteed quality control assured. Most meds cannot tolerate temps over 85*F. Following my own advice, I will look elsewhere for my next package

So there are two big problems with omega 3 fish oils - heavy metals and rancid oils. This one has neither. Pharmaepa is a brand I trust. You can email them to request the certificates to check the heavy metal content which I’ve previously done and they were very helpful. One good way to always check rancidness is to cut a capsule and smell it. This way you can rest assured you’re taking good omegas. Excellent quality product.

This is the first supplement I’ve found where I don’t have fishy burps, so it’s wonderful.
