Does the box fit both this expansion and the original family edition cards?

The Glow in the Dark Box has no extra room for additional cards. The box can only contain the 300 cards included in this expansion.

Are the cards supposed to be larger than the other packs?

Yes, the cards in the Glow in the Dark Box are the same size as all Cards Against Humanity Cards (standard playing card size: 2.5" x 3.5").

Are the cards backs supposed to be different from the main deck for the family edition

Mine were different, which makes them easier to sort back into the boxes. If you don't want to know which set they're from, shuffle the answers under the table before reading them.

Can this set be played without the original? I didn’t realize it was an expansion pack.

This expansion is meant to be played alongside the Cards Against Humanity: Family Edition main game. You could technically play a few rounds with the cards in the Glow in the Dark Box, but it contains only 300 cards—which is not enough to play a full game without repeating or running out of cards.
