Five stars for build, no judgment yet on usefulness of design
This Livans pouch is exactly as advertised: synthetic materials, good enough zipper, proper size, appears to be sturdy stitching and build quality. I was nervous about build quality when I ordered it, but in my hands this thing looks and feels solid enough for long-term civilian use. Personally, I find the velcro on front and on back, as well as the decorative accessory patch, to be useless bulk. My only second thoughts are about use of volume inside a med kit. The various elastic straps look totally "tactical" in the photos holding various supplies, but the gaps between elastics turn into empty space when the kit is closed up. Would I prefer my next med kit to just be two zippered cubes, wherein the supplies nestle between each other compactly when the kit is closed...but then I would have to dig through each compartment to find the specific supply I need at this moment? Or, if digging through the rectangular cubes, I would then wish each supply had it's own individual assigned elastified location regardless of the total packed volume it created? If I had both styles of pouch in front of me during an emergency, I can't say at this time which style I would prefer. As far as the Livans goes, I can say that it is what the listing promises to be.

PERFECT size for a comprehensive First Aid/Trauma Kit. Fits in motorcycle saddlebags perfectly!
This pouch is fully compatible with any MOLLE setup, is water resistant, excellent zippers, pull tabs, and can be mounted ANYWHERE on your loadout or vehicle. The velcro is also very strong and should last you a lifetime. I needed to upgrade my old FAK as I was adding a few more pieces to it. This one is able to hold all my bandages, meds, an o2 sat monitor, BP cuff, tourniquets, trauma shears, flashlight, headlamp, etc, etc. Super convenient and easy to keep anywhere when you need it. I also love the fact that it's so durable and well made. You won't regret upgrading your first aid kit with this bag.

Great field kit!
You can really stuff this thing, the zippers are really strong! Slap it in/on a ruck, keep it in your vehicle, or wherever you need access. It has plenty of room and plenty of elastic bands to hold stuff. You can fit even more on the sides while closing it if you don't care if it's strapped down or not. The only things I have loose are a tourniquet and a suture kit. My son likes that it looks like a medkit from video games lol Full pack list: HyFin chest seal (x2) QuikClot sponge (x2) QuikClot 3"x2' gauze (x2) 6" Israeli trauma bandage (x1) 5"x9" abdominal gauze pad (x3) 4"x4" gauze pad (x8) 2"x2" gauze pad (x2) 40"x40"x56" triangle wrap (x1) 3"x4yd Conforming stretch gauze (x2) Tourniquet (x1) Medic shears NCD needle (x2) Neosporin Vaseline Ibuprofen (x80) Disposable exam gloves Assorted bandaids (x20) WoundSeal single use tubes (x5) Alcohol wipes 1"x2" (x8) Providone-Iodide wipes 1"x2" (x8) Cloth tape 1"x10' White tape ½"x30' Suture kit (needle holder/forceps/scissors/scalpel handle) #10 scalpel blade (x3) #11 scalpel blade (x3) Assorted sutures (x16) I still have room to add more

Perfect for my needs
I have a mini boo boo kit (bandaides, etc) that I've always kept in my vehicle but, wanted something more just in case. For the average joe like me who will rarely/hopefully never have to use this, the bag seems plenty well made. For someone that might use it on a regular basis, I couldn't tell you how well it would hold up since I've only had it a few days. I don't particularly like the headrest mount (just my preference) however, I did test it out and it does seem like a solid mounting option if that's your thing. It is large enough that I was able to pack the following and still have a little room for a couple more small items if needed. Trauma sheers, 4 pkg compressed gauze, 2 israeli style bandages, 2 tourniquets, 4 small rolls of gauze, roughly a dozen gauze pads in various sizes, several surgical dressings, a couple rolls if tape, a couple space blankets, variety of bandages and several pairs of gloves.

Great mini go bag for emergencies.
Bought this for a quick go bag for when my daughter or I have to jump out of the car to assist with a roadside emergency. It’s lightweight and sturdy at the same time. Perfect size to hold a face shield, gloves, tourniquet, pen light, and glow in the dark safety vest. Great value for the money. The zipper and the Velcro are strong. It was also easy to install/ hang around the headrest for easy access!
