Love this.. ❤️
I just love this.. i hate the price but love to make hot chocolate.. Just add some milk & warm it over the stove. Prefect for those cold winter days. It makes my heart & stomach warm. The texture is smooth, its big in size but not worth $35 dollars... maybe is because we use it alot & it goes so fast.. but my family loves this.. it doesn't last in my home. Its amazingly good. Don't try to add to much but someone told me to add water and it wasn't it.. milk is all you need and it will give it that vibrant white color.

So Tasty :)
Gone are the days of buying a coffee that costs as much as a meal!! I love using this to make a "white and dark" mocha at home along with some Ghiradelli chocolate syrup (which I usually just get at the store). I mix a little regular ground coffee in with the white mocha powder before brewing and it is so good. You don't need to use much at all to get the flavor and this giant tub will probably last me a year or more. I'm not sure if its an espresso blend but possibly because it is VERY finely ground, which I love, so it will be strong if it brews for more than a few minutes. Whenever this runs out, I will buy it again. Having coffee in the morning is even better now with this!

Yummy.
Makes a great frappe as instructed, or a quick chocolate milk, but I usually use it to sweeten and flavor a breakfast smoothie: One banana I’d peeled, broken into chunks, and frozen, A few ice cubes, A third cup rolled oats I blitzed to a coarse flour in an electric bladed coffee grinder (or food processor), A dash of vanilla, A cup or so of milk, Half a scoop of frappe powder. Blend. Fruit, milk and oatmeal, to go. Blend well to remove any grainy texture though.

Pro Here, Honest Opinion
I've used this product for over three years at my previous barista shop and have just recently opened my personal mixology - this is the only frappe powder I will use. It works as directed and always has consistent delicious flavor, and as long as you keep the powder in a dry, sealed place, you should have no trouble getting your full bang for your buck. A few things to note ... * Ghirardelli also sells a "chocolate" version of this frappe powder; I would ONLY recommend that product for frozen hot chocolates as anything else, even dark chocolate mochas, tend to taste better with the white frappe powder * Use for price: at the time of this review, this costs ~$30. You get approximately ~28 uses out of this product (this is for a tall, which ends up being 16 oz and uses 1/4 cup per order), so you are looking at $1.07 per drink you make. The directions for use on the side of this product is what we use in the pro-business as well, and when I experiment with the flavor and amount of frappe powder used, what is recommended always tastes best as well. * This contains a 1 tbsp stamped spoon, but don't buy this product for the spoon alone - this stamped spoon is recommended for adding syrups to your drink, as each container has a measurement tool inside used for the powder itself. The price difference for the spoon itself is ~$5, but I bought this specifically for its faster shipping at the time. Bottom Line: get this, it works great and is moderately priced. You get consistent results but can buy alternative Ghirardelli versions (no spoon or chocolate) to meet your needs.

Bitter chocolate, richness quality
I personally was not impressed with the flavor or the way it didn't dissolve readily.. I had a weird after taste after trying it in frappe, But not saying it's bad just depends on the person's like , for me it wasn't a favorite for frappe..I would try this as hot cocoa as it does have a strength of bitterness chocolate to it and a cream or whipped cream probably complement it greatly.

Delicious, thick frappes and smoothies
I purchased this because we got hooked on the frappe drinks from Starbucks during vacation...like drinking chocolate shakes except with a jolt of caffeine. Good flavor and thick texture. The recipe on the package says to use 1/4 cup for an 8 oz drink. IMO, you can use less and get good results. The instructions make it clear to use cold coffee (espresso). I made the mistake of pouring freshly-brewed espresso onto the frappe powder and ended up with a big clot of goo in the blender. Instead, be sure to add cold milk to hot ingredients first, then add the powder to the blender. The mix includes food gum to make the drinks 'thick', when hot stuff hits the mix, it causes the gum to gel. (Live and learn) Also made a delicious strawberry shake using this stuff...fresh strawberries, milk and ice... we didn't have ice cream to make so I tried this instead with delicious results...just like ice cream. I still use protein powder (Silver Star Nutrition is great stuff) for my 'healthy' fruit smoothies and reserve this stuff just for treats. Lotsa sugar.
