perfect just what I needed.

Perfect 15 min for son!

I absolutely love these hour glasses! They’re a beautiful sophisticated way to keep you in the present, and feeling time passing as you work through your day. I tried 15, 30 and 60 minute versions and other brands, and the 15 minute one was best at keeping me in the present. 30 and 60 minutes goes to slow so I begin to ignore it and forget about it. Unless you need that quantity for projects or meetings with clients, then, then they’re perfect. I tried black, medium, gray, white in this pale gold. I absolutely love this pale gold color, it’s not tacky nor bright gold. It’s a muted gold that goes really well with modern elegant interior color designs. And it’s different. The white one look too much like the old-school cheap plastic egg timers, or like salt or sugar. The black (which looks like charcoal gray) was also nice, and I really liked the medium gray but I couldn’t find it in a 15 minute size. The only downside, as you can see from the pic, there must be some moisture inside this one because the sand is sticking a little bit. a small tap and it falls through but still, that’s a problem, so I ordered a replacement. I did notice another reviews said the sand wasn’t going through and sticking so this could be a low quality manufacturer? But it’s the only one with this beautiful color so I’ll see if the replacement is better.

Hourglass was well received and was as advertised. Person who received this product as a birthday gift liked it. Worth the money.

It was cute and entertaining but I wish it had a stand to it.
