Replacement belt snapped on the first use, not designed to take the heat from the friction

I put it in and when I started immediately cut

I have some high carpet in my basement and it can be rough on the beater bar of the vacuum cleaner. This was the second time the band had broken. The vacuum cleaner repair shops nearest to me had shut down, so I did some research on replacing the belt on my own. I was able to find a Y**Tube video that guided me in replacing the belt. It did take some effort, but I was able to put the new belt on within ten minutes and the vacuum cleaner is back to normal.

ordered belts from bissell Canada. said they were delivered june 4 2023. the person they were delivered to never recivered them.reordered belts through bissell Canada. still waiting for them. ordered though Amazon recived belts within 4 days. they fit. plus have spare belt.

2nd time ordering! They last well without snapping, the tension is great, allowing the brush roll to work. They’ve lasted long, only loosing its tension after vacuuming up a blanket and sock. All user error 🫣

Lucky to find these belts. Even luckier that they arrived in a couple days. Right fit for our vacuum cleaner, and the reassurance that next time I need them, I know where to go. Thanks Liz Howard
