This is like having a knobbly blood pressure cuff on your head accompanied by the sound of the motor in your ear. As it tightens it slides up. Not relaxing in the slightest, quite the opposite in fact

Totally useless
I bought this to help me to relax and reduce my migraine symptoms. It did neither! It slipped around on my head and made a noise that set my teeth on edge. The massage was woefully inadequate even on the highest setting.
