I bought these for nights where I'm drinking heavily and know access to a bathroom is questionable. Thankfully I do not need them medically yet. They are great if you want some insurance and will hold up if you have a little leak or even a big leak on your way to the restroom but they WILL NOT hold a full adults bladder without leaking. Is it better than wetting your pants? yes, but you're not going to empty a full bladder into these without your pants getting wet.

They where very thin so they did not keep you dry moisture would seep through. I had used one out of one package so I had ordered two so returning one pkg.

We are first time buyers of any men's incontinence briefs. My elderly father said they work fine for nights and traveling to the doctor. Thank you.

These fit perfectly and are very discreet. Though my main complaint is that some of them are uneven which makes it feel awkward. Other than that, the Depends Real Fit is my go to product for incontinence.

Considerable number rip on one side when putting on if pulled too hard (maybe 1 in 6).
