Can this be used on dogs? My dogs get sap on paws some times

yes you can use it with a tissue or baby wipes, which I recommend, it doesn't have a strong smell. I do not recommend letting it touch the skin as it is not suitable for animals. I use it to remove it from the car. I hope I helped.

Is this safe for PPF?

Be very cautious in using this on PPF. Try it on a small inconspicuous spot first. Would strongly suggest looking into the PPF manufacturers recommended cleaning procedures and suggestions.

Will it clean sap from wood decks?

No. It's very thin and water like and you'd have to spend a lot to get the quantity you'd need. I never got it to work for me on my car. Denise
