Title says it all. Five stars for Vitamin K supplementation, not D ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Vitamin K taken together with vitamin D do work synergistically. But you don't need to take D in order to get the benefit from K2 MK7, which tells absorbed serum Ca to go to your bones, rather than stay in serum and deposit inside large vessels of the body (atherosclerosis). If you take a Ca supplement for bone health, then you must insure either supplemented or diet-derived K2 -- not K1 -- is sufficient.

If you're taking Vitamin D (you should be) you ALSO need Vitamin K. They work together to maintain calcium and hormonal levels. Too much Vit D without Vit K supplements can lead to arterial calcium deposits. You do NOT want that. High dose Vit D can be OK as needed as long as Vit K is part of it. That being said this is a good supplement. Been using it for years, no issues. Having all three types is perhaps beneficial, not everybody absorbs it the same way. All bases covered.
