Frame Broken in 3 Weeks

These glasses look like a quality product and are nicely presented. The sprung arms mechanism is complicated and fragile and is now broken through normal usage. Prior to breaking I had already tightened a loose screw connecting the arm to the glass, as other reviewers have mentioned. Worst of all no return available and no way to contact the supplier for a replacement or refund! Not impressed.
