Ok got this via FedEx, they had the box mangled up by the time I received it, and it was missing the bit spindle making it useless. I got hold of the vendor letting him know the situation, instead of sending a new spindle, they sent me a whole new notcher and spindle within 3 days. Great customer service not to mention the heavy duty quality of this product I had over 60 notches to make in 1 inch round tube and it really made short work of it. All in all I'm happy with the Company for there fast response to the problem and the quality of the notcher, well worth the price.

Was skeptical about this tool due to some poor reviews of similar products. Claiming inaccuracy’s and bearing failure. I have used this commercially to cope 1” ss pipe for 2 weeks every day. It has performed very well with no failures. I would recommend it.

Im an offroad metal fabricator, ive been using this notcher for almost 3 years and so far the only thing thats failed is the hole saw adapter, which you can get for 6 bucks. It just let's you use 5/8 instead 1/2 hole saw. This thing is great value for the money, I use an angle finder to dial in cuts instead of the one etched in, and I keep it well lubricated with cutting oil. Are there better ones put there? Yes but they are more expensive. This is a great unit for the money. I use it pretty much every day

This is MUCH better than the $60 - $90 Harbor Freight notchers without bearings for sale on here. Hoged out of solid steel it's gotta weigh 25 pounds. Bolts together solid, the angle indicator is actually accurate, spindle runs true. Good stuff. I had to shim it slightly it feels like it's 10-15 thou off I couldn't get it perfect but I got it good enough and I used a slightly oversized hole saw will just fill the voids with the welder. I'm taking one star off because even though it's solid and well built, there is some slop between the shaft and the needle bearings and that's not something I can correct with shims. Still, for the money it's worth every penny since after this you're spending 10x more for an end mill
