Taste is not sacrificed due to the lower cost.
The taste is excellent and the price is lower than the others offered on Amazon. I love to use this as strips in soup and to munch as a snack. But these were so good that when I tried one sheet, I ended up eating all 10! Now I have to buy more. 😉

Big sheets
Nice big perforated sheets, good for adding to rice or ramen, or making sushi. Would be nice if it had a ziploc closure, but I just store the package in a 1 gallon Ziploc bag after opening. Not overly salted, good clean flavor.
