The Frosé (frozen rosé cocktail) that they serve at Malibu Farm on the Malibu Pier in California is one of my favorite drinks. When the bartender told me that they use Kelvin Slush to make their Frosé and you can buy the mix on Amazon, I was super excited to try it. I ordered a bottle to use at a party and I was not disappointed. Malibu Farm uses a big fancy slush machine to make their Frosé but the bottle also has instructions how to make it with a blender. I had a few girlfriends over for brunch one day and we blended up Frosé and it was a huge hit. I just own a regular kitchen blender. Nothing fancy. Tastes exactly the same as Malibu Farm and super easy. We decided to use the “Session Frosé” (wine only) recipe from the bottle and it’s just 3 ingredients: 2 oz Kelvin Frosé Mix, 4 oz Rosé Wine, 2 cups ice + blend. Super easy and super fun. Tastes like summer!

I'm SUPER picky- my husband has been in the food and beverage industry for 20 years creating food and drinks. I'm spoiled and I like organics. I bought this mix to go into a margarita machine for a surprise birthday party for him and it went so quickly. I had several bottles and we went through it all. After the party, I came back and purchased another bottle and then mixed up batches (less the alcohol, so it would freeze) and kept them in the freezer. Now I can have a margarita or two any ole time I like. It wasn't too sweet and I was looking for something sweetened with agave nectar. It was margarita perfection

Use one of these bottles in a frozen drink machine with White Rum, following their instructions, and nobody wanted a second glass after their first. Honestly it was pretty gross. Had a slight hint of coconut, but mostly just very watery.And a warning to not let any of the drink dry to the walls of the slush machine, as removing the dried-on mix was very difficult. It almost turned into a glue.

Love love love this! All you need is some rosé and vodka and you’re in business. It is a big purchase so make sure you’re ready to drink! I made big batches and froze the left overs, perfect grab and go for a refreshing drink!Important to know - you only use 2oz per drink and this is 1gallon of mix, it says it only lasts 10days but I have had it in my fridge and used it for about a month and it’s still tasty!

I ordered the pina colada, froze, and citrus slush bases, and all were delicious. I made both wine slushes and hard alcohol slushes, and the Kelvin bases performed fine with both. They taste good, are easy to measure and mix, and they freeze nicely in my Vevor slush machine. I found the packaging to be very beefy and all of the containers arrived intact with no leaking. I really like the recipes on the Kelvin website--the proportions work great in my machine, taking the guess work out of mixing tasty cocktails.

The margarita mix itself is 5 stars. I absolutely love it. However, at time of writing, it is a $30 food item and food items do not have a return option. My first order of this product went off without a hitch. My second order was canceled before it arrived since the product started leaking. My third order was the real problem. Once again the item had a leak. Unfortunately, instead of canceling the order, the amazon driver decided to place the box in a corner in a way that hid all of the damage and leaking in the photo. This resulted in me being stuck with an expensive, less than full, "needs refrigerating after opening" product that I can't return. I know this probably sounds more like a complaint on Amazon, but clearly the product needs some help in the packaging department since it can't seem to consistently get to the customer without being damaged. This is just a warning that this product is becoming in some ways more of a gamble than a purchase. Spend $30 and you might get an amazing, premium margarita mix. However, you might just wind up with an expensive sticky box with ants on your porch.

We first saw this slushy mix at Aspen Food & Wine and really liked it so much that we bought the mix and a Bunn slushy machine. We tested the mix with a blender while we waited for the Bunn to arrive and it was good, but not as frozen as a real slush machine.When the machine arrived, we had a party scheduled for that evening. We had 8 people who all had different tastes in adult beverages and some really were not big alcohol drinkers. Once they tried it, there was no stopping them. They just kept going back and filling up their glass over and over. By then end of the evening, we had consumed 2 gallons of the Frose mix. That's a lot of drinking. Everyone really enjoyed it.I highly recommend the mix and, if you can afford it, the Bunn machine. If not, a blender works fine.

Got the margarita and pina colada flavors for use in a frozen drink/slushy machine for a work happy hour in lieu of the sugary, artificial, brightly colored syrups I've gotten before and this stuff was a hit! Got a very good response from everyone who had it! Will definitely get again and love that there are a bunch of different flavors!
