Q: Is this Kcup compatable. The cups don't look the same as other Kcups.

It is compatible in K-cup brewers. But I found that this cup design doesn't work as well as a normal KCup. When I tried it the coffee ended up tasting weak and watered-down. I think that the coffee flows out the sides before it is fully brewed.

Q: Why is it called capsules

These are called capsules or pods as they are small cups that are compatible with Kuerig 1.0, and 2.0 machines as well as Cuisinart, Mr. Coffee, and Breville capsule brewing machines.

Q: Is this worth the $16? I generally try get my K cups at $0.50 each but this better be 3 times as strong if they want $16 for 10

It is not worth the price. For about 25-35 cents more you can get a much larger cup of gourmet coffee at your local coffee house. It would have the same caffeine level and better taste. You'd probably need to brew 2 or 3 Death Wish k-cups to match the volume of a tall/grande coffee. That adds up fast. If they drop the price to $1.00/cup then it might be worth considering, for those days where you don't feel like going out but still need a strong cup.

Keurig now requires all K-Cups have authorization printing along the top edge that the new machine looks for. If the cups don't work, then you can take a K-cup that does work and cut it to form a shell that you can slip over the K-cup and fool the machine into thinking it is an authorized cup.

Awesome taste

I only ordered a small box but that was a mistake... I should have bought the bigger one. The blue berry flavor is awesome. I tried it right away and put vanilla bean creamer in it and it tastes like grandma's blue berry cobbler.... thanks guys I am now addicted to the flavor.

Love this coffee! The aroma and taste are wonderful, after adding some creamer the blueberry taste is still noticeable, that is a plus for me. This was suggested by a coworker of mine, lovely taste and smells so so good

Buy the bags because the k cups are unpredictable

Love the coffee, hate the k cups. About 1 or 2 out of 5 blow out all the grounds into my cup.
