WORKS WELL ENOUGH
73 YEAR OLD MALE finding my body getting fat and flabby due to inactivity. Now just mild gardening, housework and a little cycling with an E bike!! but arms have responded wonderfully and my quads that had virtually disappeared are beginning to return!!! A cheap but effective remedy to flabby muscles!

Poor quality - bands snapped
After using them once to do crab walks, the XXL band snapped. I then tried the XL band & that snapped too! No contact details on their website to get a refund or customer support. Poor quality, regret buying!

Bands are from a good material easy to fasten and with good sturdy clamps, they stay in place during training.

The product works perfectly. It's simple and effective.

I did some research on occlusion bands and thought I would give it a try. I've noticed more of a pump in my arms, increased growth (about 0.5 inch), as well as increased strength. Same with my legs, although my thighs have each increased by an inch in size! There is also an increase in vascularity. I have never had a vein pop on my bicep like this before. Very satisfied!
