It was straight forward and easy to use. I was able to reprogram an EPROM and it worked!

The only reason I did not rate it 5 stars was that it was unable to read/write the EEPROM in my application (automotive ECU) in circuit using the SOP8 clip. I had to de-solder the chip from the PCB before it would read/write. Otherwise works flawlessly.

This is _not_ the older TL866II Plus model and it does _not_ match the photos.
