Awesome
This is a wonderful product. A must buy. This does help with sleep. This has awesome benefits after taking this for so long. The taste isn't bad. This helps relaxing my husband and I every night. This helps my wife with headaches too.

Good product.
I've been taking holy basil for years. As an adaptagen and for anxiety & sleep. I've tried different brands. I've been sticking with this one for a few years. I do take four at night. Because I think my body is used to it. I would not recommend starting out with that. It helps me sleep. I do notice when I run out and don't have it for a while-I don't sleep as good and I have slight anxiety Return.

The main thing for me is a higher dosage and more pills for a better price then the other holy basil I was buying I use this mostly to help with stress honestly can't tell much of a difference
