I purchased this keypad on Jul 12, 2023. It was easy to set up it's got great lighting for at night. It is now August 6 ,2024 - I'm having problems with it working. The wiring inside there's a loose connection, and I can't seem to find out if there's a warranty on it. I just wish it would've lasted a little bit longer than a year. ** Update August 14, 2024 I contacted the seller and they sent me a new Wireless Ketpad free of charge. They did it in a timely manner. I am so happy that they warranted the item. I also changed my overall rating to five stars.

It was easy to connect and works well but it's missing a feature that my old one had. I have to enter the pin again to close the guarage door instead of just pushing the enter key. The product desription says that it has this feature but it is not the case.

I was unable to link these to our system. We have a green learn button Liftmaster. The instructions say to press the #1 and #2 key for 4 seconds or longer until the LED light goes off. Then, to press the button that you want to control the opener 4 times if you have a green button. Following that, you are to press the button on the opener, and then the programmable button. I did so numerous times but it never worked. One of the troubleshooting tips was to clear the memory of the opener, which I also tried. No luck. After that, though, our original Liftmaster remote would no loner work with the opener! For that one, I pressed the green button, then the button on the remote and it programmed immediately and correctly. I'm returning and purchasing a real Liftmaster remote.

Bought the package of 2 openers. Both had same issue. The large button works,but none of the other buttons work. I don't recommend

These were super quick and easy to connect when we replaced our original remotes. They work from about 6 houses down when we turn on our street; have not tested further than that.

A quick, easy, and inexpensive solution to my problem! We just bought a house with garage. Two "clickers" but no key pad. Now we can open and close our garage door from the front porch! Works well.
