High-End Cookware That Truly Delivers
I am absolutely in love with my Hexclad cookware! I’ve replaced all of my old pots and pans with these, and I couldn’t be happier. Cleanup is a breeze. I use both the dishwasher and hand washing, and both work perfectly. While I wouldn’t say they’re completely scratch-proof, nothing sticks when I cook. They heat up quickly and evenly, which makes cooking so much easier. Every piece is on the heavier side, so if lifting heavier cookware is an issue, keep that in mind. Overall, this is beautiful, high-end luxury cookware that truly makes cooking a joy! I just love it!

The elite tier cookware category and overt prestige is deserved.
I needed a nice pot to match my Hexclad pans. All of my life I used subpar, warped, scratched, and dinged-up pots and pans. Two weeks prior I felt that I had to have something that would last the test of time, so I committed to getting a small size 3-quart Hexclad pot. However, the Hexclad website was sales-pitchy, wheel-ly and deal-ly, and the shipping was so high to Honolulu (where I live) that one pot w/lid and one pan w/lid was over $400.00. Yeah, wasn’t happening, even with its diamond dust coating. Having Prime shipping, I turned to Amazon to see if they could keep my aspirations of having great cookware (and by extension, amazing home cooked gourmet dishes) viable…. It was available, reasonable for what I expected, and when it arrived…. Oh my…. Out of the package, gorgeous. Expect breathtaking shock from seeing the black and silver hexagonal pattern alone. Holding the handle was comfortable, it was more hefty and solid than I imagined. Almost an intimidating presence, indeed. I think I had paused for a moment to take in the absolute perfection before me, I don’t really know, because the next half an hour felt so surreal with the washing, drying, heating/ seasoning with vegetable oil for 2 mins (as per first time use instructions), washing again, and then heating up some chicken soup. The cooking was easy, and even the washing of the pot was easy. This came with a Hexclad 8 inch lid, which is heavy for a piece of glass and metal. But it is just as solid and nice in build as the pots and pans are. It also fits like a glove. My pot is a 3-quart, and I assume that this lid will also fit some smaller size pots and pans (but maybe not the smallest size). It worked fine when I was heating my soup, and didn’t get too hot, but as a disclaimer and for your cooking safety, maybe use an oven mitt just in case. In conclusion, only a handful of things can say they are virtually indestructible and last for life. These Hexclad cookware pots and pans are one of those things, and the only test I have yet to give it is the test of time. For now, I am thrilled at having this small pot and lid in my kitchen. I remember thinking to myself that this must be what all the fuss was about from the reviews I read online. I need to be one of them: So here is my experience… and now my thoughts are…I must have more.

The only pans my wife really likes
OK, not gonna lie—these pans are expensive as all heck, but my wife absolutely loves them. I have to admit, they’re pretty darn good. I tend to use the wrong utensil and end up scratching nonstick cookware, but these are impressively scratch-resistant. The only issue we had was when my son used a Brillo pad on it and then put it in the dishwasher—definitely don’t do that. I originally bought this because we needed a pan of this size for making gravy, but it turned out to be way more versatile than I expected. It’s just the right size for small to medium cooking tasks, whether it’s sauces, soups, or even frying an egg. Speaking of which, I’ve cooked eggs in this pot, and I was really impressed with how nothing sticks—it’s got a great nonstick surface that makes cooking and cleanup a breeze. No need to grab a separate frying pan or worry about food getting stuck to the bottom. The cooking ability is excellent, with even heat distribution that prevents hot spots. Even though the handles are metal, they’re surprisingly comfortable to use and don’t get too hot. Overall, this pan has been a great addition to our kitchen, and while it was pricey, the quality and performance make it worth it.

Best cookware I've ever had. I wish it was around 5 decades ago. Definitely worth the investment.
I have several pieces. I own the wok and 12" skillet and will eventually fill my collection. The foods I've prepared have cleaned up with just a little Dawn spray and dish rag. If I'm being lazy, they go right into the dishwasher. No sticking! This 1 quart sauce pan is very easy and comfortable to handle, heats evenly and quickly. So far, I've used it for mashed potatoes for 2, hard boiled eggs and gravy. Very versatile. The size is perfect for just my husband and me on a daily basis, but it will be put to use for sauces when we host guests. It functions and balances beautifully on the cast iron grates on my gas range.

won't regret it!
You really feel the quality with the HexClad 5-quart saucepan. It's got a great weight to it, not flimsy at all, and the hybrid construction really delivers. I've found it heats up so quickly and evenly, which is a huge plus for simmering sauces or anything where consistent temperature is key. And honestly, the nonstick is fantastic – even with tricky foods, cleanup is a breeze. It's definitely become my go-to for a lot of tasks, and I can tell it's built to last. perfect size, and versatility is amazing

As good as they claim in their ads
Without a doubt, Hexclad are the best pots and pans out there. I purchased a new stove over the summer and it has an induction cooktop. These cook everything so evenly and are so easy to clean. I seldom need to use cooking spray. Nothing seems to stick to the surface. I did season them according to directions on the Hexclad website, I onlybuse non-metal utensils and hand wash them in order to retain their original shine, which was suggested on the Hexclad website. It has kept them looking brand new. Their is some truth in the Hexclad ads, too. Food does cook evenly in these pots and pans. I have 4 pieces now. Kind of pricey, but I'll be using these for the rest of my life.

After 10 months it's can't be used anymore. A lot of money for a useless pan.

無水料理もいけるしっかりしたお鍋です。素材が良いだけに、片手鍋ですが重いので茹でこぼすときなどは一度休憩入れます。
