I find this to be a high quality product. I chose the powder over capsules because I am already taking a number of supplements in capsule form throughout the day. I put cold water in a shaker cup, add 1 tsp of moringa powder, then add my chosen sweetener, and shake until well-blended. I'm sure it would be good added to Macha tea for those who like that flavor. I just invoke memories of being on a family member's ranch when I was young, because it tastes like fresh hay smells. If you don't think you could get past that, get the capsules. I'm happy with the product and the quality. Looking forward to seeing the results over the next couple of months.

It tastes like a tree lol but honestly after a ton of research, this is the one thing that actually helped me produce more breastmilk. I was a small producer, but after drinking this on the second day, I was able to pump out 3oz instead of less than one ounce previous to trying this. To give it a better taste, I mix it with a little bit of honey in warm water, so it dissolves more easily.

It’s hard to evaluate a supplement without objective measurable outcomes. If any description says it helps you achieve a “feeling of balance and well-being “, how do you verify that without it being psychosomatic? That’s why I didn’t get five stars. But I gave it more than three for the following reason: I’ve heard high-quality Morenga is very light and powdery and floats on the top of a cup of water; you have to actively mix it in. That’s what I have to do with this so I guess it’s high-quality.
