Will this work for rubber feet on bottom of toolbox that weighs about 10 lbs ie 3/4" x 1/2" or would it collapse too much?

10 pounds should be no problem, if you print with 100% infill it makes very firm feet that have almost no give at all. If you lower the number of perimeters and infill you can dial in some squishiness.

Can this be painted or stained after printing?

Yes, any TPU material can be painted. I use "Tulip Colorshot Fabric Spray Paint". It adheres to the TPU part well and does not rub off on your hands or clothes. Drys in about an hour or less. I also use a heat gun as well to get it to dry in a few minuets. You can use a blow dryer also. You can select a grey TPU filament as a neutral color, then paint it with the paint above in any variety of colors they provide. That's what I do and it works just fine.

Anyone able to print this on the makerbot replicator 2x? i seem to always get separating layers and starved print spots when i try 230c extr 40c bed.

I don't have a makerbot but in my Artillery Sidewinder X1 I am using 228° extr and 40°C bed, but I modified the extrusion fow to 105% at 0.3mm layer height with very good results. The walls line width 0.4 but 0.3 in the inner and outer walls line width. With 0.2mm layer height or less works very well too.
