I started ordering these when I was a few months pregnant 2 years ago to up my protein intake.. they have never not been in my house since the first purchase! These are hands down the best tasting protein bar. Filling/meal replacement keeps you full and doesn't hurt your stomach! 10/10

Texture - Breaks apart VERY easily but not brittle. Held together well. It's basically like eating a rice krispie treat that was made without too many marshmallows. theres a swirl coating on top and the bottom is fully coated with sweet frosting. Flavor - I'm reviewing peanut butter crunch. I'm a nut butter addict - I eat at least 10 tablespoons a day, but anyways....the peanut butter flavor here is very very faint. its more of an aftertaste but its there. a stronger peanut butter taste would have been nice or straight up peanut butter as the coating (which would have increased the macros a bit) but I'm not complaining. it was still delicious. I don't know what I would call this flavor, but its sweet and good. Macros/Ingredients - There are some subtle differences in the macros across the flavors but they're all pretty much the same. The macros in these bars are competitive with most non MRP protein bars out there. These bars do use Maltitol syrup (Sugar alcohol) but its only 6grams, which is far below the max threshold for most people (30grams) in 1 shot before they get mudd butt. This gets the sweetness without adding in too much sugar. The protein sources are comprised of: Whey Isolate, whey Concentrate and milk concentrate. Pretty solid combo of quality protein. There's also soy protein isolate but not part of the blend and the fear behind soy protein is far overblown. There's some other fillers in there but seriously...who cares - its stuff you'll find in most packaged goods. Value - Outside of sales, $19.99 is a pretty good deal for 12 bars around 50-60grams. Most 12 ct boxes go for around $24.99 these days. Wrap Up - I know there are other 'rice crisp' based bars out there but this is my first one and it really blew me away. The texture was a nice change from the protein bars currently in my stash (nitrotech/combat/mission1/thinkthin/venture/cellucor/fitjoy/optibar) and I probably ate this entire bar in less than 90 seconds. The flavoring didn't really match the label flavor but I'll let it pass since it was good. 10/10

I’ve tried all of these bars except for the mint chocolate chip. I absolutely loved almost every single one, and these and the other one that isn’t my favorite (theee, chocolate chocolate one, forget the name) ALSO took me by surprise with how much flavor is in them. How authentically chocolate the chocolate one is, I wasn’t disappointed. But my favorites… are immaculate! My favorites would definitely beee, the peanut butter one, the salted toffee caramel one, and the vanilla marshmallow one. Incredible and I do not think one tops the other with these three in particular. When I first tried the vanilla marshmallow, my first time trying these bars, I actually would say that these are the best out of ANY marshmallow-flavored rice crispy treat of any other kind. They have an amazing vanilla taste. They are a little bit sweeter, of course marshmallow AND vanilla. So I certainly wouldn’t eat these on a completely empty stomach. But my god they are incredible. The toffee caramel is probably my ultimate favorite if I were to pick one. You don’t even taste the protein in really any of these it’s crazy. The peanut butter, is a really delicious peanut butter flavor. It’s like Reese’s if memory serves, and these are so good that it does satisfy my craving for a candy bar. They do. Sometimes I give in despite trying to save them for after workouts and I take one or even two to snack on and even when I HAVE normal candy there were quite a few times that I preferred these! They’re THAT good. They’re a very decent size, which I’m very grateful for considering that, like most every protein-based product is quite expensive. Considering that many products are about the same price or more and that they’re way easier and tastier to “prepare” for myself than a protein shake, SO worth the price. Delicious.

Pretty good. Not as good as Nugo but nutrition is better so it’s a trade off. Plus it has some fiber.

So I was all up in my kitchen today and this baby was giving me that come hither look and so I come hithered and I was like daaaaaamn baby you come here often and she was like nah you know I just got here in the mail yesterday and I was like wassup you gonna let me get a taste or what and she was like bruh I'm a protein bar and this whole analogy is pretty creepy and I was like you're right this has gone on way too long so I'mma just eat the hell outta you cuz you're just a manifestation of my loneliness that I projected on to a protein supplement bar. So I ate it. And you know what? I was like daaaaaamn again. This is a candy bar. This is legitimately a candy bar. The toffee flavor hits you right away and stays with you, you don't get a brief flash of flavor followed by an eternity of chewing up sawdust. The texture works with the pretzel bits, so even though the actual pretzel content is very low, it's enough that you interpret the puffed rice as additional pretzel goodness. Once again, this is not suitable for low carb or keto plans. The sugar is low but the puffed rice adds carbs to the total. After trying these and the peanut butter ones, I'm gonna say that BSN has figured out what makes a good tasting protein bar. These things are unprecedented. Pro- Freaking glorious taste and texture. No sawdust, no tar. Good protein content, low calories for what it is. Con- Some creative accounting with the carbohydrate count, there's some sugar alcohols hiding in there and the puffed rice. Not suitable for Atkins/Keto, but good for everyone else.

Won’t buy again but it tastes fine
