Amazing shoe, got 2 shoes from Cole Haan, both are so comfortable. Gona be there customer for a long time.

I have to throw these shoes away because they ripped apart my heels. They are ruined now because the backs dug into my heel so much that I bled through my socks.

This is probably not a long-lasting shoe by any means, but it makes a very comfortable corporate-casual office sneaker - it feels like wearing a custom-fit slipper. Very good grip on the sole, might actually be too much traction for some. I tend to pivot on my heel when turning and these shoes really grip. Seems to run a bit narrow which works perfect for me. The leather is very, very soft to the point where the laces actually seem to be pulling the leather (my feet are particularly narrow, so I do have to tie them tight to keep my feet from slipping in the heel). On the bright side there's no need to break this shoe in, it's soft and flexible out of the box. They do appear to run narrow in the sides as they're even able to hug MY feet like a pair of socks. They might wear out sooner than some of my other shoes, but at around 80 USD, I could easily see buying a second pair.

Fits well, looks great. No problem with the construction or the materials. Matching laces are a nice touch. My optometrist wants a pair.
