Retro Single Bubble Light Centerpiece

My son died last year and he always loved the bubble lights on our Xmas tree. I bought this to put next to his picture. I didn’t expect much but it was done very cheaply. I greenery was really ugly. Lucky I am a crafter because I had pine needles, very miniature pine cones and berries. I turned out beautiful I only with I had painted the base black

I knew I wouldn't like the bubble light so had ordered a separate set that were more true to old-fashioned color & style. But the quality of this "centerpiece" was poor; base was made of the kind of plastic you would normally toss into the recycling...similar to the lid on a butter container! and there was no good way to attach the plastic greenery. Will try to use it anyway....not worth the trouble to return it.

I was not famliar with the glitter form of bubble light, but I like the effect.
