The keys on my Dell laptop have started to wear off. Note the E in my photo, where you can see the light shining upward. The whole letter is missing from that one. If you look carefully you'll see the beginning of the same thing happening to the N on the left side of the letter. To keep things from getting worse, I ordered this keyboard cover. I've also ordered the black and white cover to have on hand if this one starts giving me trouble. The only issue, if it can even be called an issue, is that the feel of the keyboard takes a little bit of getting used to. It's not bad; it's just different. I don't know why manufacturers have so much trouble making keys that last -- that, or copy the Mac with no printing on the keys, just a light shining through the cut-out shape of the letter. I don't know if they still do that, but when I owned a Mac years ago that was what it was like. I have worn off the printing on a lot of keyboards over the years so it can't be that manufacturers don't know this is a problem. By the way, the fit was perfect for my 14 Inspiron 5430 and it took, literally, less than 10 seconds to put it on the keyboard.

I purchased this keyboard cover/skin because I was wearing out the paint on the keys of my Dell Inspiron. My kids all have skins for their Macbooks, so I decided to give it a try. I love it! It covers the keys (and worn paint), it protects the computer from spills, and it adds this nice haptic/ASMR/grippy feel to the keys! The cover is a perfect fit for my Dell Inspiron 7000, with a precise cutout for the fingerprint reader. I intentionally purchased the black cover (to hide the worn-out paint), but even still, it allows the key lights to shine through around the edges. I am glad that I bought this, and I'm probably addicted, so that I'll need a keyboard skin for my every computer going forward!

For my laptop perfect, good quality, no issues

It fits my laptop keyboard as described. I have a Dell INSPIRON 16 5640. It is very cute and also great for keeping your keys clean beneath.

A little small vertically, so it doesn't quote fit the Dell Latitude 3510. The left right arrows at the bottom right are one button on this cover, rather than two on the keyboard. But it works well enough.

Visibility good , easier to clean, feels ok, good quality for price. Well designed for visibility, color is good contrast. No more sticky keys.

hides the light so keys are harder to see. buts it s good if you are eating, keeps crumbs from landing on the keyboard.

I ordered this to cover my laptop keyboard while cooking. Although I ordered clear, I received this orange one and it is okay. Perfect fit. Easy on and off. Protects my keyboard from messy cooking.
