I used this to patch a strip of the fiberglass on my motorhome that had become separated and delaminated from previous water damage. It holds amazingly and will keep things in place and dry until I can fix the issue with epoxy. It's very sticky and thick.

This stuff works great. I've used it to in clear mostly to repair broken PVC fencing even replace a cracked window pane in my cellar in an emergency to keep the winter air out but it sticks like super glue so handle carefully and once applied it is not coming off without chemicals. The only thing I can't attest to is it's longevity as a roof repair. All my other repairs have lasted several years so far

Used this to stop a rip in my boats vinyl seating from getting worse. Really easy to work with and is even soft to the touch so when you’re sitting on it you don’t even notice. Only 4 stars because sections of it did get loose slightly but overall it has held on really well.

I took a long time figuring out what would be the perfect patch; Rufus was helpful. I almost spent money, I didn't have, on a new area rug because of a rip in the rubber backing of a still relatively new rug on my lanai. Well, this was clear, very sticky and stuck on well to the backside. It covered the rip very well, and after flipping the rug over, it can't be seen where it was patched. I think the specs say it cures and gets stronger "over time." I don't know about that yet, but so far so good, and I saved myself $150 on a new rug that really wasn't needed.

I used this to repair a leak in an above ground pool. To be clear, I did my research and was looking for a product that could be used on the inside of an already erect pool that was empty and dry, prior to filling. Pool was thoroughly cleaned and prepared per instructions and patches applied. A day later I filled the pool which holds 13,000 gallons and a day after filling I added pool salts. The next day I went down to check on the pump etc and noticed the water level had significantly dropped, having lost at least a couple of thousand gallons, then found both the patches I had applied in the skimmer. So because this product is so bad, not only have I wasted the money on purchasing it, I have wasted money on 13 bags of pool salts and 13,000 gallons of water, and now I can’t even fix and refill the pool due to water shortages. Disgusted isn’t even close to what my thought are about this product and company right now.

There used to be a different tape made by this company that was fairly thin but worked much better that I cannot find anymore so I got this instead. This product was overall pretty mediocre as far as doing what it says it does. I tried it on a water pipe that had cracked during the winter and it did slow the leak but did not stop it. It was still enough of a leak that the pipe just had to be replaced. When I tried on an airbed type inflatable it worked okay, as in I had to refill the air only daily but it was still useable despite the leak. There was flocking on the airbed I had to get rid of first for it to work. A couple pointers if this is your intended use: 1. Make sure the piece you are using overlaps the leak by at least an inch in every direction. Kind of common sense but I had only about a half inch the first try and it was not working once any weight was applied to mattress. 2. Make sure item is completely empty of all air and repair area lays good and flat. Use something bigger than the repair area that is smooth and flat both under and as a weight on top of repair. After you place the tape put a heavy weight on top to help apply pressure and seat the tape. Doesn’t work well with just hand pressure, I had to leave the weight on for a few hours before it was stuck down well enough. The adhesive isn’t great but works okay after the time left sitting weighted down. Still peels off easier than I’d like no matter how long it is on there. I might try to seal edges of the tape with some kind of glue to improve performance but really shouldn’t have to if manufacturer description is correct. Overall I’m disappointed in this product, it just doesn’t seem to be what they claim in my opinion. Of course real world application and use in a lab setting where originally tested will not be the same as with anything. Fine for use in a pinch. I’m keeping in emergency toolbox as it does have some useful qualities.

Amazed at how well this product worked. Excellent waterproof material. A must have in every home. Used it over reflashing of leaking window to insure no water penetration. Great moisture barrier.

Great product even though it's a bit expensive. It works as expected. Used it for the bottom of my inflatable boat. No water came back in.

Used it for above ground pool (Bestway). Didn’t have to drain the pool. 2 weeks in and still no leaks!

I bought this to patch a hole in my pool liner. It's a half inch hole, about 6 ft under water. It's holding perfectly and I can barely see the patch. Remember to peel the protective coating from the tape before you apply it. It doesn't feel very sticky when you first touch it with your finger, but it adheres to smooth surfaces quickly, even under water.
