Physical size is exactly the same as the original Dell battery, although the power output is rated as 52WH vs the original Dell battery at 56WH I haven't noticed any issues. Delivered with 76% charge. Charges quickly with no problems and lasts several hours once charged. Dell battery info reports battery health as "Excellent". Obviously can't comment on longevity as only fitted for a couple of days. There was a small promotion applied which reduced the price to £30.29. Would recommend.

This was a great disappointment to me as I had left the battery for sometime before installing it and then when I installed it the computer gave this very strong non-original Dell battery warning on startup. Making the portability of the device not as I required having to have it permanently connected to the mains. The battery is still fitted but the computer is basically unusable and apparently capable of catching fire. Unfortunately I had left it too late to return and I have tried to seek a solution on line to no avail. Terrible and not that cheap, any further help or advice would be great fully received.

Take your bottom tray of and visually check that it looks the same as this one. The description was accurate for my model but from the reviews I read this is not necessarily correct in all cases. The battery appears to be as good as the dell one was from factory, and the installation process was easy. THE TOOLS IT COMES WITH ARE VERY POOR AND WILL LIKLEY ROUND YOUR SCREWS. Do NOT attempt this replacement without a separate toolkit (these are like £15 elsewhere on amazon, which is much less that the cost of repair if you round off an internal screw. Overall, good battery at a good price. Just ignore the tools.

Battery stops working after less than 20 charges to the point that it simply is not even detected by the laptop

Be wary this battery didn't work at all - laptop said it's incompatible and refused to charge it.

La he instalado para reemplazar una batería que había perdido mucha capacidad y tras varios días de uso puedo confirmar que funciona perfectamente. Me da unas 6 a 7 horas e uso con Ubuntu. 👍

Installed in my xps 13 9350. Right after installing it charged without problems. After the first reboot the system complained of unknown battery - didn't charge and gave the 2x white 1x orange code on the front led. Resetting the BIOS (set to default) solved it and since then (3 days) it seems to be working without issues.

Passt genau in meinen Dell XPS 13 9343, lässt sich leicht einbauen und funktioniert besser als der Original-Akku in seinen besten Zeiten (er hat aber immerhin genau 10 Jahre ordentlich gearbeitet).
