I received this mill as a gift from my son. I assembled it but the handle is difficult to turn. What should I do? I can't use it.

Mine works very well. Are you sure you have it assembled properly? Be sure the grate is snuggly in place(Raised side up) and the piece that is spring loaded needs to be in in tight.

Where is this product made?

I no longer have the box, and it is not engraved on the product. There was a sticker on the underside of the wooden handle that says "Made in ???" Unfortunately, the where portion of the sticker has worn off. Sorry.

Made in China or USA?

It's made in China. It's 18/8 stainless steel. It's pretty well-made though, very sturdy and it has a high-polish finish that looks quite nice. We have used it frequently and it works well.
