I typically pair these with a magnesium complex each night and the combo works like a dream, no pun intended. I've been doing this bedtime trick for a couple years now, and I've noticed a marked improvement in my sleep quality and, more importantly, ability to STAY asleep through the night. I don't like the new flavor as much as the gummies this company used to make, but the redesign ones don't stick together anymore, which is a plus. And they still taste all right. for what they are.
