The quality was good. One of my cups had slanted font but was able to replace. Great product!

Imperfections!
I purchased this mug for my boss, the President of the Company for Boss's Day. The mug had a huge black streak going across the printing. This imperfection was only on the one side of the product. The mug itself is a nice mug. However, this was totally unpresentable as a gift. I had no choice but to return it.
