Works great and doesn't have sugar or odd flavors.
Gets things moving - I like that it doesn't have sweeters. It does really have much taste but that's okay. Just drink it quickly.

Great for digestion and bloating
My doctor told me to try taking fiber for my cholesterol levels. All the usual brands like MetMucil etc are LOADED with sugars and unhelpful fluff. I did plenty of research on this brand and was a little spooked when the directions warned us against the psyllium fibers bloating really fast in liquid. I thought it would taste horrible and be hard to swallow; but thats not the case at all. I usually pour 8oz of water into a cup, dash of something else like juice or lemon water if you want some flavor. THEN pour the psyllium in and shake, drink immediately. Its not bad at all and I noticed the effects in about two days. Never got bloated, digestion was excellent. I drink it right before y first meal. Highly recommend this brand compared to others because its organic to little to not arsenic or lead naturally found in soil.

This natural product is a game changer!
Use of this product with ample hydration has exponential health benefits. The rough dietary fiber binds with cholesterol in the large intestine so that it is “pooped” out. The high level of soluble fiber helps clean your vasculature of build-up along its lining. Continued use over time can improve many associated health conditions and diseases. I pair this product with a low carb, whole grain, healthful, diverse diet. You can buy good food or spend more on medical care and low quality of life. Choose health!

2-pack contains 100g less per container than the labeled amount. Is much more $/oz than others.
I’ve used organic whole psyllium products for years and typically purchase the product with the best price per ounce. I bought this product because when compared to the other whole psyllium products (most of which are ~ 16 oz), the Yerba 2-pack is labeled as containing approximately 20 oz per container, so appears to cost noticeably less per ounce than similar products. Except, when I opened one of the sealed containers, I was surprised to see how much less product was in the container than the container was capable of holding. The label states that settling occurs, but the difference between container capacity and probable product settling looked too significant to be attributed solely to product settling. The label states the net quantity of contents is 567g with 113 servings at 5g per serving. I’ve never weighed a product before, but given the absence of product in both containers, I was curious to see if the product matched the labeled amount. When I weighed the actual psyllium content without the container, the actual net contents per container was about 100g less than the labeled net contents (465g v. 567g). This means that the product is marketed and sold with nearly 20% less product than declared on the label. The actual net contents is about 16oz, which is a similar amount of most other whole psyllium products, so instead of Yerba being less per ounce than comparable products sold on Amazon, it is MORE per ounce. In the 2-pack, there is a total deficiency of about 200g of product (100g per container). IMO this is a material deficiency. As far as the quality of the product itself, it is similar to the other whole psyllium products I’ve used (taste, texture, particle size), and I would purchase it again if the price per ounce wasn’t misleading. So, if you are price shopping and assessing price/oz, use 16oz/container for this product instead of 20oz.
