Keeping My Bride: A Dark Mafia Arranged Marriage Romance (Keeping What's Mine) Paperback – August 8, 2021

The hate to love was so real I loved their spicy moments the time away in aspen but then their relationship blossoming to a real marriage was the cherry on top I loved their whole story but I will say I found the Dante angle spot on the way both mamas passed had him as the suspect since he was always so quiet like a true snake waiting to strike overall their story was chefs kiss I loved it and Benito was the best supporting character I never liked Dante he was the worst also Greta and her home cooking top tier now I want caprese and lasagna

Overall book was a decent and quick read. Plot was good just a lot of nonsense amongst the main characters as they lacked communication.

He broke her heart as a young girl and then became the stranger she was forced to marry, who was determined to always hate her. Dante was the only one she could ever depend on and the only one who showed her any kindness. He was the best friend that always showed up for her since she was a little girl; he was her ride or die. The story takes a twist and things go from bad to amazing to oops to OMG, and well, you just need to read it to believe it!

It was okay it started off really good. Then it started to slow down immensely and I got that “could wait to read the next page” feeling.

Other than some repetitive statements (like how many times Verona mentions she was sent to live with an aunt, etc.), I couldn’t put it down! Great read!

H- Luca Vitaleh- Verona MorettiThis was a good story… I just wished Verona had a back bone.(just a little)The story started with the characters being around 8-12 yrs old. Verona already met Dante- who’s mom & dad got killed for being trader (something like that) so they (Verona’s parents) to take Dante. Verona was waiting for her new friend Luca to meet at the part. She sees Luca walking towards her & he screamed at her & told her that his family don’t deal with her family. That was the last time they saw each other. Fast forward we find out that her mom committed suicide by taking pills & drowning herself in the pool. Verona found her mom & almost drown trying to save her already dead mother. Since then she has been sent away to study & then to live with her frugal aunt. Luca’s mom was murdered & he also found her. Luca & his family thought it was the Moretti (Verona’s family) so the feud continue til their grandparents passed & they left a will that both Verona & Luca get married in order for both family to get their inheritance. So they got married & she decided to bring her best friend Dante with her as a bodyguard. So this part wasn’t bad. The part that was very annoying is that everything Luca did or say to her made her cry! He would talk & treat her like crap & she would just cry & try again to the be the perfect Wife. There is a twist towards the end which I kind of suspect.

Loved this story as it kept me on the edge. There was a moment there that I wasn't sure they were gonna work out but man I love how they love each other. Once they found it was so solid.

This is the first book that I have read from this author. It was fantastic .. I already bought the other 2 .Luca and Verona were friends when they were little till he found out who she was . and he told her he hated her .they are forced to get married because of their grandfathers after not seeing each other for years.He vows to make her suffer and she has no idea why .. There are a lot of twists and turns in this book that keep you reading.The only complaint I have is that there are parts of the book in the beginning that are long and a lot of miscommunication
