Works Well
Its works well and is chewable so it makes it easier. The taste is not great but if you only need to take a couple its fine. If you would requite taking a whole bunch it's hard sometimes for your kids to do so because of the taste.

Great option for Toddlers
My 3 year old toddler struggles with constipation, bought this after trying fiber gummies, fiber drinks, & prune juice. Nothing really seemed to work. Gave my daughter 2 chewable tabs which she loved the taste, and within 30 min she was able to go potty!!! Amazing product. Highly recommend.

Perfect dosage to regulate adult constipation without urgency or accidents happening.
Taking these daily, as an adult, per my dr. It's a low enough dose there isn't an urgency to go to the bathroom, yet it is loosing up the constipation due to a medication I'm currently taking. I have a hard time with chewable medicines & I have a hard time swallowing chewable medicines whole. Dr advised, I could crush it up & put in a drink, yogurt, etc. I've been tearing it apart to smaller pieces & swallowing it with my regular daily medicine/vitamins.

Laxative and stool softener for autistic daughter
Recommended by pediatrician for my autistic daughter who has a restricted diet. She likes the watermelon flavor and they do exactly what their intended for, is all I can say. I'm sure my daughter's belly and butt feels so much relief to be honest! Also, I've been giving to her for about two weeks now but I noticed them help the first day.
