Great, still use it everyday, to be refurbished/renewed it felt brand new and 2 years later, it still does feel brand new. Great gift for grandma for her to play her games on. Great price too.

For the price and money this is a good tablet.

Bought another Amazon Renewed product. Came in like a new one except no manual or accessories which was fine since I already have the accessories. Worked fine and no problems until my spouse had to charge it again. Would not go beyond 72% in charging mode. Thought it was the electric outlet so I moved over to our kitchen and plugged the unit in. No good either….stayed at 72% the whole time. Decided to return it. Good little Tablet but would not charge up to 100%. Still, I would buy another one if needed but I bought a larger one instead.

We bought this tablet for very basic use — Facebook, Messenger, and occasional YouTube. Before purchasing, I even asked Amazon’s AI (Rufus) if this tablet as sold could handle those tasks, and it said “perfectly.” That was not true. The tablet could not be set up, would not connect properly, and appeared to require a SIM card, making it unusable even for simple Wi-Fi tasks. As received, it was essentially a brick. The listing images show a cover, but no cover was included. Packaging was subpar, and there was no lithium battery warning on the box, which is concerning for an electronic device. Customer service was handled by an offshore call center that was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue, the representative said: “If you buy a dress from Amazon, do you expect to receive the model that was pictured wearing the dress?” To make matters worse, the return is not postage-paid. UPS quoted $88 to ship it back due to the lithium battery, meaning the buyer pays a substantial penalty to correct the seller’s errors. Misleading listing, poor packaging, bad support, and an unfair return process. Avoid this seller.

I already has 2 years with it, I use my tablet everyday to watch videos, it's has a good sound quality if I play the speaker, the table size is good for carry around, it has a little of lag but maybe I am use to has a little faster devices. The only Samsung product I like to use. Even has a good quality to be refurbished.
