So simple to use, with a unique email address so family can send photos directly to the frame. Good quality image. Can display as landscape or portrait and images auto size to fit the screen. My 85 year old mother loves it

Bought as a Christmas present for my Mum. She lives far away from us and this has been fantastic for all of the family dotted around the country to photo bomb her with the grandkids! She regularly calls me to let me know who’s just shown up. The only downside is there is a fee for watching videos etc on there, although you do not need to subscribe.

Really easy to set up especially as a gift (bought this for my Nan). Love the idea that all of the family can send her updates from their own phones and they automatically pop on so she doesn’t have to worry about using an app or dealing with technology if she doesn’t want to. The photos upload to it really quickly and easily and it simply flips between them throughout the day for her.

Great product except: 1. Came supplied with a plug that I don't recognise. Not UK household, or EU, or USA. Returned unopened. Subsequently found that the plug needs to be 'reassembled'. 2. Before you can use it you must create an account. You MUST provide your phone number of 9 digits. Otherwise you can't create an account. My phone number consists of (at least) 11 digits, so I can't use the frame. (Recently solved by making the number optional. Why do they need it?). 3. You can choose how long each picture is shown-for. Up to nearly 4 minutes! I want an hour, at least. 4. You must sanction each contributor before they can post photos. But you can't do them all at once. You have to wait for each one to send their first photos. 5. You can't download the photos from the site (say, if you want to edit a picture). 6. You need to buy the app, for another £15 to get decent functionality. 7. I did a check of the fit of 4x3 and 16x9 pictures. When loaded on the device, neither fits properly. They can't even display them on the web properly!!!! 8. You can display videos as well as photos. But you need to pay an extra £35 for the privilege.

By far one of my favourite purchases of all Time. We have this set up in our living room and are constantly updating it with family photos via the app. My children love to see their photos both old and new popping up. The clarity is excellent, size is big but it looks classy, it is touch screen, has very good capacity and lots of choices to personalise it This was such a hit in our house that we bought a skylight for both sets of grandparents too. We love to suprise them My adding new photos via our family log in. They get a lot of joy seeing the new photos of all the grandkids popping up

Received a Skylight Frame as a present last year. Thought it might be another tech-gimic. However, it's proven a brilliant way to keep my favourite pictures live and not just buried in the thousand of photos shots on my phone. The device itself is easy to use with very simple functions and operating instructions. The photos are reproduced very well by the frames software. It's one of the best and most intuitive devices I have. I'm delighted with it and I have just bought two to give as presents this Christmas. Still working perfectly. So much joy. Highly recommend.

Se lo regalamos de Navidad a mi papá y nos encantó porque es muy fácil que todos le mandemos fotos. El app te recuerda cada cierto tiempo y te avisa cuando otros mandan fotos. Entonces le están llegando constantemente fotos de sus hijos y sus nietos. Mi mamá ya quiere el suyo!

We love it, shame you cannot connect to services like Dropbox which we all have but the actual frame has given us a lot of please and I highly recommend.
