I bought two flavors, Dunkin' Mocha Latte, and Vanilla. I like the flavor of the Mocha Latte, and it blends well. it does have some caffeine, so I don't drink it after noon. The Vanilla is an insipid flavor, and it does not blend well. It has to be shaken repeatedly. It's drinkable, but I will not reorder it. These are both low in cholesterol, which is one reason I chose them. They also have 24 grams of protein per serving, which is better than some brands. They do not have a lot of sodium or potassium, which is good. I will try other flavors. I am adding to my review. I still like the mocha latte flavor, but the huge plastic tub is really over the top, plus it's hard to get open the first time. I'm changing to a different brand that comes in a pouch which I can close with a binder clip, if necessary. It will add less to the landfill. Also, I am now on a heart medicine that requires I limit my potassium, and there is too much in this powder.
