Best value D-Ribose that I have encountered. Have not tested advertised claims for purity, but I am also not a chemist. Smells like sugar, mixes like sugar, texture of sugar.... Probably because d ribose is a type of sugar.

Hello. FYI, this is a BIG bag, 1 Kg. It does come with a scoop and the zipper on the bag helps keep the product sealed. The inside of the bag has a non-stick liner which is good for conserving the product quality. As for the product, I have experienced more energy, focus and endurance in workouts. I take three scoops in a morning drink mixed with other supplements and it works. However, I am also sharing with a relative and they take the powder in water and it's tasteless. It's a good value and good brand but if sampling you may want to try a smaller package but I have seen positive outcomes withing 3 days. Thanks

This is a lowest cost D-Ribose. i've taken d-riboset about 15 yrs. I just tried this one because of the low cost.. i noticed as someone said, it has a very slight chemically taste compared to other dribose and tastes a little sweeter. . the effect it has is almost identical. i had to do this lower cost one due to budget. it really brought my energy from severe fatigue to good. it has helped a lot with fibro aches and pain. ADD ONE TABLET OF MAGNESIUM MALATE each time you take dribose for the best help with fibro muscle aches and pain. that was once a common formula that was everywhere to be found. that addition also helps with good mood and overall feeling of well being. You can get Magnesium Malate right here on Amazon by Source Naturals. buying this low cost dribose and low cost Mag-Malate and taking them together twice a day is like getting around 9 months worth of product for the cost of two months. the formula with them already combined is called D-Ribose M. do not get it at iHerb ( spoiled product.) Get it here where you can see reviews. this company is in China and unreachable, but the product is nearly the same as other companies and ive been using it about 5 months now. dont take later than 2 or 3pm. this review is just my opinion. Dribose and malic acid help your body produce badly needed ATP molecules needed for our bodies energy. great for preventing congestive heart failure too. EDIT: i just noticed the California Prop 65 WARNING ON BULK SUPPLEMENTS RE LEAD AND ARSENIC, SO I WILL BE RETURNING TO THIS BRAND FOR D~RIBOSE as they work the same.

This is an interesting product. It is sweet like a teaspoon of sugar but is highly recommended for fibromyalgia and chronic pain. Now this isnt "pain relief". But I can say I take a teaspoon every morning with coffee and if I forget to take it I can really tell! If I go out for the day feeling achy and tired and thinking--"why today, why do I feel achy all over?" then I remember I did not take my ribose. So that is enough to make me take it every day and feel it contributes to a better morning!
