Good refrence book
This is a good reference book for CES and It did help with the NASM CES course that I took online. With that said this textbook does not cover everything that was in the online course like mobility testing for example. It does touch on mobility testing but it is not nearly as indepth as the online couse which is important to know for the CES exam. I personally enjoyed reading this textbook more then reading the online material but in order to pass the NASM CES exam you will need to read the online material, there is a lot in the online material that is not covered in this textbook. .

NASM delivers
NASM is the leader in the fitness certification industry and their corrective exercise book is no different. I purchased it due to needing it for the classes and I will continue to reference it throughout my career! Edit: 7-19-17 going on two years and I still reference this more than any other book on my shelf.

This is an excellent resource for evidence-based exercise therapists. I especially appreciated the static and dynamic postural assessments. It would be a great practical textbook for university kinesiology programs. Unfortunately, some of the pages were damaged either during delivery or print (folded over). Still readable but damaged nonetheless.
