They're $25 replacements for a $1500 pair of headphones, they look, feel, and sound like $25. They're a pain to put on but that's more Sennheiser's fault than the pad's, the ones I received had several physical defects but what do you expect. Not even worth attempting to return at this price. They're good for temporary replacements before you can afford OEM.

I just wanted to say that I think if you are looking for replacement Sennheiser pads, these are a lot more value than the $78.91 stock pads. As far as I can tell, they are the same material/consistency, and the sound quality doesn't change. My old pads were worn and falling apart so these are more comfortable, but I can't tell how they compare to new pads. A word of warning, the plastic of my old pads snapped when I pried them off. So I wouldn't remove them unless you are sure you're never putting them back on again. You definitely can't have a collection of pads you switch between for different situations with these cans.
