My Endocrinologist had advised that I should start taking specific supplements after they had ran some labs on me. The capsules seem to work just fine ... good size. Fair price.

Seems to be helping. I take it in the mornings occasionally to help pull water into my gut. This one mixed with any form of magnesium in the evening seems to be helping. This one is a low dose which was perfect because I didn't want to take too much with the other one I take. So this was perfect for me.
