So Fresh!
Great product! I use it to make fresh pastry flour. I put a cup of kernels in my vitamix & whiz it on high. It takes only about 10 seconds though I usually count to 30. It's delicious in healthy home baked muffins!

Awesome Seller! Awesome Organic grains!
I had reached out to the seller about how to store the grains. He let me know most people like to store them in an airtight container and 4-5 days in the freezer. Really appreciate the feedback and the fact that it is organic fresh grains! I've made bread and cream of wheat, it tastes amazing. My family can't get enough.
