Maybelline New York Dream Cushion Fresh Face Liquid Foundation, Caramel, 0.51 Ounce

I was so excited seeing the hype of this product on Youtubers. So excited! Finally there is a drug cosmetic I can reach out to. It is pretty hard for me to find a foundation or BB cream that blend well with my yellow tone skin as well as not dry out my combination skin. Most of Westerners' products are either too white or too dark on my skin. AND they are heavy! Before coming to Amerida, my go to BB is Brown Eyed Girls' skin 79 Pink and Gold Snail. Very smooth on. But it is quite expensive to ship here. This Maybelline Dream Cushion (I love CUSHION) is pretty light. It sits well on my skin. Blends in and no flake so far. Got it last night and ofc, on my makeup routine right away. I order a Warm Nude-> I decide to go the shade that matches my skin tone. Apparently, it blends in pretty well. I normally go for a lighter shade (Laneige shade 21). It's an Asian thing! This cushion doesn't give an oomph effect like Laneige does. It doesn't really bring out the shine complexions or highlight some of your parts (cheek bones, etc.) But i guess, it is $5 cheaper than Misha and Lan and Americans like it matte than shinny and dewy look, so I think it is pretty well done. I can add a touch of Moonstone highlighter shade on and Bam! Korean effects right there! Overall, I am happy with this. Perhaps, still have my Lan on a side for night events or celebrations so I could look extra gorgeous and elegant. This will be my daily go to look, especially in summer. Recommend!!!! UPDATE: Almost 16 hours with this and...FLAWLESS!!! I am so 😍!!! I mean, I get a bit unfamiliar with how my skin look from time to time checking myself in the mirror. The shade is quite "dark" to my standards but it actually suits me well. Probably I always look at myself in a mirror with a way-too-light complexion, more like a beige to light ivory...so seeing my real skin shade walking around town is...scary. For one, I look at those Asian girls with bright white foundation and red lipstick and freak out...So, that how I used to look like =.= oh Lord!!!! Anyway, my fav part is as I was about to check myself in a mirror one last time for makeup remover time...my skin STILL looks as flawless as in the morning. Nothing melt or not a single flake. Even Dior and Lan flaked after 10 hrs. I can see my highlighter popping like no one's business. Man. I can hardly see my highlighter before b'coz of the light foundation (took over) unless I used Champagne Pop then you can see it. But for daily look, CP is a bit much. Anyhow, I'm gonna order 2 more with this shade and a 20 shade in case the $2 coupon runs out. Much love xoxo

I’m reviewing Maybelline New York’s Dream Cushion Fresh Face Liquid Foundation in porcelain. The product comes with a small sponge for a smooth application, separated from the product itself to prevent foundation from drying out. It has a sheer, dewy finish for when the wearer wants a more natural look. Despite its light consistency and finish, however, the foundation has great coverage properties so pores and discoloration are considerably less evident. Multiple applications are unnecessary because, if set, the product will remain adhered for the day. I do not advise people with oily skin to use this product, however, because due to its dewy finish and consistency, skin will need to be blotted at least once after application.

It's ok but it didn't give me the results like the video claimed. I will still us it because it is a good product.

Omg I love this stuff. Just for reference, my skin is SUPER dry (more so than most other people with dry skin, because I have an autoimmune disorder that makes my hair & nails brittle and dry, and it makes my skin completely dry as well). I have a VERY difficult time finding foundations that work for me-- most make my skin look like a dry, cakey, patchy disaster. I have found that Loreal's Lumi foundation, Loreal's Pro Glow Foundation, LA Girl's illuminating foundation, and Neutrogena's Hydro Boost Skin Tint all make my skin look beautiful, hydrated, dewy, and alive-- BUT, none of them are the right tone for my neutral/cool-toned, super pale skin, so I have to mix multiple colors together to get the perfect color match. This foundation however, makes my skin look super hydrated, AND its a PERFECT color match for my skin tone, on its own. I'm beyond happy with my purchase. This just might be my favorite foundation of all time! Its a new holy grail item for me :) I hope they never discontinue it! If you also have dry skin, try using Loreal's Hydra Genius moisturizer (the normal/dry skin formula), followed by Loreal's Magic Lumi primer (the one in the skinny pump) before you apply this foundation, and you'll find that the combination is absolutely stunning. My skin feels so dewy with Maybelline's Dream Cushion foundation, so I'm not sure if this would work well with oily skin, but I have watched some beauty YouTubers who have oily skin and still said this foundation worked great for them, as long as they applied a setting powder on top of it. If you have dry skin and can't decide whether to buy this or not, do it! I bet you'll love it as much as I do :) Best $10 I've ever spent on a face makeup product, hands down.

Okay I am the whitest person I know, period. I have a constant battle between having to use foundation that even in its lightest tone is too dark, and foundation that is transparent in my tone. This stuff is simply the best. The porcelain color matches me perfectly and is just the right amount of coverage in one application. I love that I don't have to use sponges besides the one provided, and the mirror it comes with is better then my separate compact mirror! This leaves a dewy finish that is exactly what I'm looking for, and is a natural porcelain color without making me look like a doll. This stuff is perfect for me.

This product is good if you have light to medium tan skin tones, not if you have dark tan to pretty dark skin tones. Also it's a very light coverage nothing medium or anything but definitely not made for oily skin for it will make your face oily after awhile.

Decent coverage although it doesn't help with pore refinement. Also it has a weird smell like chocolate but funky like an old product. Doesn't break my skin out though, so I will just finish this one but not repurchase.

Very nice foundation. I like that you can build up the coverage if you want to. I use it more for spot covering of areas of my face that have uneven skin tone. Will definitely buy again!

My wife is has used this product for a long time now, but ordering it from Amazon was the 1st time. She has waited for this product for a long time to be delivered, I guess sabar ka phal meeta, other than the delay delivery there is no issue.
