Arrived in unusable state
Have bought the 3-pack seven times previously and generally liked the product. The eighth delivery was found to have leaked, grown mould or similar and had to be binned. As there is no returns policy I can fathom (the item is not in a suitable state anyway) and it's unclear how I get a refund or replacement I will shop elsewhere for this in future.
