Q: Will these work on a 2018 JL?

I had to get these to mount the 4" Xprite fog light on my 2016 Jeep Hardrock edition that came with the 10th anniversary front bumper. This bracket fit perfectly with the upgraded fog lights. So, if you have the 10th anniversary bumpers on your 2018 then you need this bracket to mount aftermarket fog lights.
